Greetings from the north, Gabriolans!



I wanted to express my extreme gratitude to Christina Jars and staff for finding and returning my wallet. I had the pleasure of visiting Gabriola twice in June and on my second visit I left my wallet sitting on a bench behind Folklife Village. I never realised it was missing until the next day as I was preparing to leave the island and fly home to Whitehorse.

I reported it missing and posted a note on the ferry. Basically I had given up on ever seeing it again and then the day after I returned home I received a phone call that my wallet had been found and was being returned.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  It is wonderful to know such kind and honest people reside on your little piece of paradise!
